The site refused our crawler (HTTP 403/429) instead of serving the page. Bot filtering and country blocking look identical from outside, so we claim neither.페이지 대신 거부 응답(HTTP 403·429)이 돌아왔습니다. 밖에서 보면 봇 차단과 해외 차단이 똑같이 보여서 어느 쪽인지 단정하지 않습니다.
